Returns


Please be advised that we have extended our 2 day return policy to 21 days. The return window starts the day the package was delivered. All returns must meet the following conditions: 

To be eligible for a refund/exchange:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be in the same condition it was received
  • the item must be in the original packaging

Please note that we will not offer refunds/exchanges on earrings and nose rings for health and hygiene reasons. As a result, earrings and nose rings will be final sale.

Please not that we also do not offer refunds/exchanges on our Embrace collection, "Amma/Mama" pendants that are customized with stones, Signet Ring nor Sator.

All sale items are final sale.

All Black Friday Sales are final sale. No refund or exchange.

Also, please be advised that when returning an item, shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer shall bear the shipping costs on returned goods.
